Hi,

Thank you very much for the bug report. I'm currently working on exactly this issue. The strange thing is, it only happens for some locations where the context menu is shown. I'm trying to track this down.

I only get the double "Edit tags..." when right clicking on any regular folder in the left pane of windows explorer, not the right pane. (and excluding drive letters and other nodes).

Yep, I'm able to reproduce this issue here, but still no real how to deal with it. I will keep on researching.
