I liked that I that tag2find is only a small install, worked immediately and that the ui looked quite nice (although it's a bit verbose). Nevertheless I deinstalled it after a few minutes because it does not really help me organize my stuff better. What I had hoped for is a way tag files, emails, notes and bookmarks and to retrieve them using one interface.
I'll buy tag2find when I can tag emails in outlook, notes in oneNote, websites in firefox and files in the explorer. Would be really great if this where to work oneday.

Hi vzach,

thanks for your feedback. We are working towards that goal. Still we confess that we have some way to go there. But we will not stop. I hope you will stay with us and join us again, as we make progress towards what you mention above.

Best regards,
Martin, writing again from the hotel lobby Wink

I'm sure vzach will hate me for this, but I wouldn't make those integrations a high priority. delicious already does a great job of tagging in FireFox with the advantage of being accessible from any computer, which makes a lot of sense for something that tracks websites.

How many people use OneNote? I haven't used it, but it seems like it ought to have its own system for tracking your notes, and if that system is crappy why use it at all?

Tagging in outlook might be handy, but I'm not sure it would be worth the overhead. I use Outlook at work, but I use Eudora at home. Application-specific extensions are probably not going to be the best use of your time, at least until you've got every general system-wide feature implemented and all the bugs worked out...
