Can't start tag2find service

Hi,

I downloaded tag2find today for the first time, and installed it. Everything went smoothly until I got to the third step where the installation attemps to start the tag2find service. It was not able to start the service.

I started the tag2find program, and it told me that the service had to be started. I clicked the link, and it tried to start the service again, but failed again. The error says: "Could not automatically start service, the Service MMC snap-in was launched, please start service 'tag2find' manually."

So, I tried to start it manually and this also failed, with an error saying "The tag2find service started and then stopped." Any idea what could be causing these failures?

I am running Windows Vista 64-bit on an NTFS file system on C:\. I am an administrator account on the computer.
