There is a previous topic launched by Yrusac which describes my problem excellently. In brief, I can run Tag2Find without a hitch until I try to open a new tag browser, at which point I'm informed that "An internal error occured <sic>." When I try to submit feedback, I'm told that my feedback cannot continue and am forced to cancel. If I don't submit feedback, I have to shut down Tag2F.

I completely wiped and reinstalled Tag2Find, but now the new install is doing it too. I either can't find or can't access the file mentioned in the final post under the original thread ( <Profile Root>\Local Settings\Application Data\tag2find\*\user.config ).

I searched for it and came up with nothing, and when I tried to access the file via the stated path, I keep getting the message that I don't have the rights to access local user settings. Is there anything else I can do?

I don't mind reinstalling every so often if I could keep my database - I just don't have time to re-tag stuff!

Thanks!
