tag2find writes tags to file's metadata?

Hi, I am trying to figure out if tag2find can INSERT tags within the file’s metadata, especially for PDF and MS Office type files (both of which do support keywords/tags). I have seen lots of graphics programs that can save tag metadata to the graphics file (jpg, tiff, png, etc) but have yet to find something that can save to other file types like office files. Is tag2find able to do this or if not does anyone know of a program that can modify the afore mentioned file types in batch? Any help with this would really be appreciated!
