Hi,

Is it possible to set Tag2Find not to open automatically upon starting up the computer.  I'm running a hold computer that is easily bogged down by too many programs open, but would like to continue use Tag2Find as needed.

Hi,

you can remove the tag2find Link from your "Startup" folder, which will prevent the UI from auto-starting. The background-service will still start up, but you could disable this in the Service Manager as well, but you should not, as filetracking will be completely messed up and the tracking will take considerable time once you launch the service (it will track back as long as the NTFS change journal goes back).
