Lost the prompt to tag when new file created

Hi,
Something changed.  When I created and saved a new file, it used to be that T2F would popup and request that I tag the newly created file.  However, it no longer does this for some reason.  How do I turn this feature back on?

After searching, I finally found the option which controls this.

Go to Notifications in the Options toolbar, and check the 'show notify popup for new files'.
