Hi,

due to increasing amount of SPAM in the forum we have decided to increase the complexity of our CAPTCHA image (this is the hard-to-read image you need to decipher if you try to post without being a registered member).

We are aware that this makes posting as guests a little harder, but unfortunately at the moment there is hardly anything one could do against robot-postings. So let's all say "Thank you, SPAMMER!".

If you register, log-in, and check "remember me", you won't be bothered with the CAPTCHA images.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Best regards,
Martin

Ok, the strong CAPTCHA did not prevent the SPAM posters, but they prevented you as the users from posting legitimate postings. After receiving several complains I set the CAPTCHA to the lowest level, let's check how this works in regard to SPAM.

I'd like to receive feedback if the CAPTCHAs are readable enough now.

Sorry once more for the inconvenience. I hate those things myself but apparently you are doomed if you do not use them...

If you register and login, you are free from the CAPTCHAs.

Best regards,
Martin
