2.5" HDD with SATA external case not able to "Safely Remove Hardware"

Hi, when I use a 2.5" HDD with USB 2.0 SATA external case, I find that I cannot "Safely Remove Hardware" via the bottom-right system

tray icon. And after I end this process "t2fservice.exe" with "Task Manager", then I can remove this HDD via "Safely Remove Hardware".

Please let me know if this is normal, thanks a lot !!

Hi,

unfortunately this is a consequence of one of the implementation details of file tracking I am not really happy with. It is "normal" but I am not proud of it... We will look if we can do something about this.
