Hi,
I'm currently tagging files from multiple sources with "Snow" "weather" "February" "2007".  Every time I get a new image by email, I have to add these 4 tags to each and every new file.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add some way to tag the files with the tags - especially if they were multiple tags -  attached to the previous file ?

So that if I tag a file  and another similar file  arrives (say) an hour later, I just click "quick tag: repeat last tags" and those same tags are applied to the new file? Then those tags could be applied to the next new file(s), etc.

This is obviously a low-priority request - I can work around this - but if it is easy to add to the feature set of tag2find, I'd find it helpful. Thanks.

Hi,

thanks, good idea, you just got one big supporter for this request on our team (it's marc Wink). I've just added it to our internal bug database.

Thanks again for your ongoing very good feedback!

Best regards,
Martin

This would be great in the app window as well,
To be able to select multiple files and manage the tags for them in one go...
Maybe mass tagging a folder to, in addition to the functionality that exists as part of the scan, be able to add other tags to the files.

Hi lyle,

If I do understand you correctly, this can be done in the "Edit Tags..." mode of the TagBrowser. There you can mass-tag files in one go.

Sorry if I misunderstood you suggestion.

Best regards,
Martin

Probaly not, I am still discovering functionality, so it is more likely that I mis-understood the tool
