Quick adding of Watched Folders and Excluded Folders

Adding Watched Folders and Excluded Folders in the Options by copy+paste/typing would be helpful in some situations.
Or even better...
This could maybe be accompanied with option to add the folder from the windows context menu?
Most times the decision to include/exclude folder - when frequently changing the system's folder structure - takes place when working with other file managers and thus I'd see this feature vey helpful. (maybe it's already included in the next release?)
