What I'm facing is after commenting and re-saving my PDF files, all of the tags attached to it are lost.
Looks like it's not sure if the tags would be kept after the file being edited.

I think this may be known by you, but critical for use.
Aother solution I like is to support taggng the folder.

Maybe there are some techinical difficulties since the tags are attached to the file itself. Anyway thanks for your great jobs!

Hi,

thanks for your feedback. We are working on the issue. As you said, the problem is that the tags are attached to the file and if you save it again, this will overwrite the existent tags. We are working on a solution, though.

yeah, i agree that tags should be saved to the file.  maybe even user can be promoted to save previous tags, discard previous tags, save previous and add new, etc.  maybe also these settings could be configured in preferences for those who might get annoyed with prompts for every file save.

my two cents.
