Hi there,

i noticed Tag2Find eating the whole cpu power. Sysinternals "Process Explorer" shows mscoree.dll!CorExeMain as the main thread eating high usage. So i guess it seems the problem is connected with .NET 2.0. Maybe it is something with .NET Runtime Optimation? With this it is no more possible to use Tag2Find. If I kill the task and restart tag2find ManageTags browser it continues the high usage.

Hopefully you can give me some advice how to clear this behaviour. Google Search didn't yield any result.

greetings

Btw: I am using Win XP Pro SP2

Hi,

I will do my best to help you resolve the issue. First I need some information: do I understand it happens with the tag2find.exe, not the t2fservice.exe?

If so, you could try to deactivate the new file notification, (i.e. remove all watched directories in the options dialog). I personally don't think it got anything to do with .NET Runtime Optimization.

I will look into it tomorrow in the office and come back to you. Right now I do not have a concrete idea what might cause it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
Martin
