Findings reviewed -
a) Videos: "TechSmith Screen Capture Codec" is necessary for "Learn more" video section, too - I didn't try these on friday.
b) "Notify on busy service" doesn't mess with the focus always - seems to be friendly most of the time. Had it ten times today (intentionally provoked by mcupdui.exe / McAfeeUpdate) and only once it blocked the keybord input while it was running.

Hi,
thanks for the follow-up! We are working on new videos. They will integrate the codec as required, and we will also provide DivX encoded videos, as they are around only 10% in size.
Regarding the focus issue... It should not do this at all, but unfortunately it seems it does sometimes, it happened to me here as well today while testing it. We will remove this sort of notification in the next releases and come back to your suggestion as showing it in the notification icon only.
One more thing I can tell you for the upcoming 0.10 release: we today integrated Drag&Drop functionality
out
of tag2find, so you can now D&D results from the TagBrowser or the popup to any application or folder.
Best regards,
Martin

Decided to place this here, rather than mail it to support, in order to generate some more debate.
My first interaction with Tag2Find raised these questions/requests.
I would like to be able to remove folders from the DB. i have included a folder that I have no desire to tag (at this moment) and it is clogging up my results screen.
I would like to be able to export a folder (or limit the search) as a sepparate DB. I work with large volumes of docuementation on a daily basis, and I think it would be useful to be able to zoom in on a specific folder or client. i guess this could also be done using a search and clicking through tags. But I would also like to keep my personal data and tags sepparate from work tags, so being able to create sepparate databases would be useful.
A Wish would be to have a visual cloud, similar to say www.liveplasma.com where I would be able to visually see the connections between tag groups
Thats it for now
Thanks for a great tool. It has great promise.
Ps. is there a how to/help file avail?

Hi,
I see the point in your argument. I like the idea, as I have experienced the same when using tag2find here. We will keep this aspect in mind when we will now start with our UI redesign.
You can find a draft manual at the bottom of http://www.tag2find.com/v10.html
Thanks for your feedback!
Best regards,
martin
