I am using tag2find to tag my existing collection of random data files. I'm not all that well organized, which is why I'm using tag2find! In the process of adding all these files and tagging them (I don't like the auto tagging), I come across a lot that I would like to delete, or rename, or move. With the ones I want to delete, I'm tagging them with "delete", but this isn't helping much as I don't think there's any way to delete files from within any part of tag2find. If I could tag with delete during the tagging process and then look them up later and delete them, that would be fine, but of course it would be nice to be able to delete them while I am going through the list as well.

It would be ideal if I could select a group of files that may be in a diverse set of directories, right-click on them and then specify an action: move or delete, or maybe even copy would be good.

Hi,

yes, you are definitly right. We are working on this (marc is consistently insisting on this, as he needs this as well). So better file manipulation support is scheduled and on its way.

Best regards,
Martin
