lower case/ upper case

Its really annoying when you realize you have two tags exactly the same but one has upper case characters and the other has lower case characters.  You have to go in and delete one of the tags and add in the other so that you cloud gives you accurate results.  It is nice that upper and lower case are different but it would be even nicer if there was an option to automatically change all lowercase or uppercase to their opposites.
