When typing in tags the program will suggest certain tags.  However you have to click the up key and then enter.  It would be helpful to eliminate the up key by giving the program the ability to auto complete, much like most IDE's have an intellisense.

You mean Ctrl-Space will insert the tag? What if you have multiple completions? Most IDEs I know would show you a list where you have to select with the cursor keys.

Best regards,

Well the suggested tags do narrow it down the more you type.  However even when it has narrowed it down one word you still have to hit the up arrow and then arrow.  Really not that big of deal but when you are tagging hundreds of files the up arrow means you have to reposition your hands.  I suppose a short-cut like ctrl-space or similar mapped keyboard command would reduce the amount of times you have to shift your hand to the arrow keys.

You are right about the key strokes, getting to the arrow keys moves you away from the typing area. I have submitted a feature request. I think we can implement it the way that Ctrl-Space will take the first suggestion (if there are multiple available).

Thanks again for the input!

Best regards,
Martin
