I have barely begun using the app (college work Sad )

Now the tagging part is fast enough. But when I want to use the browser to search for files and add them, say 90k files spread over 120GB in 6 drives C through H, it took FOUR hours.

That was after the index had been created. I decided to start tagging something at least, because it's a complete mess on my system, but four hours was too messy.

After which I did not tag a single file.

It seems to me that this business of adding files using the browser is a bit too slow.

Ok, 4h now shocks me. I know, that adding large number of files at the moment can take some time, as the backend is not yet optimized in this regard. But this IS a showstoper. Thank you.

We'll investigate this as soon as possible, directly after fixing the issue with hibernation, which is still torturing us here, as we have some trouble reproducing it on our PCs.

I cannot promise you if it will be part of 0.8.2, but I have scheduled it with highest priority for 0.10, which will have one focus on performance issues like this one.

Hope you stay with us that long and do not turn your back on us.

Best regards,
Martin
