The fact there's a typo in "Do you realy want to quit?" aside, I think this popup could be removed altogether. After all, it's not that easy to accidentally right-click on the task-icon and click on "Exit" (even if the user was originally aiming for "Options").

A compromise would show a dialog with a more descriptive text the first time (something along the lines of "this will lead to the application's shutdown, so changes in the filesystem won't be noticed", and that it's not recommended for consistency's sake), and give the user the opportunity to "not show this dialog in the future, but rather close right away".

By the way, me ranting about details like this is usually a good sign   , which is basically expressing "Great job! Nicely done! Keep it up!".

First, thanks for pointing out the typo (the second one reported today, d'oh!). Wink

Second. You are right. I think we will remove the dialog and only display a warning if there are unsafed changes in any of the edit boxes instead.

Third, a small correction Wink No, closing the application will not interrupt file tracking. As long as the backend service is running, file tracking will proceed as normal and the database will not be corrupted.

Best regards,
Martin
