I am working on a MS word 2003 doc.  and I cannot write tags to it, I am not doing anything different to any other file I have worked on but I now get this error message
The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a use mapped section open.
I am trying to add tags from the new file pop up while the doc is open,  but I have been able to do this in the past?
Am I missing something?

Hi,

this is new to me, I regularly tag files while open in MS Word 2003 (Office is a "special friend" when it comes to tag2find, regarding the way documents are saved by it...).

I never encountered the error message you describe, we will definitely look into it. You have not by any chance installed Office 2007 lately (I had not chance of testing tag2find against it yet) (yes, you wrote MS Word 2003 doc, but just to be sure Wink).

Anyhow, we will look into this issue and try to find a fix for it. Thanks again for your ongoing good feedback!

Best regards,
Martin

Martin, Nope the About box says 2003.
Perhaps a little more info.
I created the doc out of Mindmanager Pro v6,
And it only happens with this one doc....
And If I close the doc I am able to tag it...
And once it has been tagged I can give it additional tags while it is open.

So now the problem has been resolved.
Will let you know if it re-surfaces.
